Hearing her approval he rolled up his sleeves and dunked his hands in to dig through the roses in the fountain. There was so much to get through. But somehow he felt something was going to be in there. He kept digging and digging...
He felt something cold and hard.
He dug deeper and sure enough, there was a white rose buried under the mountain of red ones. He pulled it out of the water and stared at it for a moment, dumbfounded and mildly excited.

Dezolina moved onto another rose bushed and got bumped into by a citizen who apologized. Dez waved her hands around and nodded. She didn't mind mistakes since, hey, they happen. They parted was with smiles and Dez checked the rose bush but found nothing. "Drat... hey you found anything boss man?" Dez asks Owen while moving to another bush nearby.

Hearing his search partner broke him out of his little trance. "Y-Yes!" He called back, wiping his wet hands on his shirt and making his way over to Dezolina. "I found one." He said happily, face blank as ever. "Did you find one?"

He raised his eyebrows a little, and then raised his hand to hifive her back. He felt good about it. He gripped the rose tightly in his hand and leaned back down to see what she was doing. "Do you need help?"

Owen looked at the bush, as if analysing it for a few seconds before he leaned in to separate the branches. The thorns stabbed his fingers a little as he did so, but he didn't care. He continued to pry the stalks apart till it was wide enough for Dezolina to get her foot free.

Owen's assistance proved super helpful and she was able to slip her foot free without any trouble. "Hey thanks for your-- oh no, your fingers!" She spied his newly pricked hands and shook her head. "That won't do boss man." She pats herself down and cheered triumphtly when she pulls out a handkerchief from her back pocket. She motions for Owen to give his bleeding fingers to her. "Lemme see those." She holds the handkerchief at the ready.

"?" Owen didn't think much of his hands. Or his apparent leadership position in this duo. He held it out to her, and realised they were bleeding. A small "Oh," was all he let out as he allowed himself to be treated.

Dez handled him gently as she cleaned his fingers of blood. Her gloved hands gingerly touching his skin. She wipes his fingers while humming a tune, suppose it was to sooth him as she worked. "There! All done." She declared with a nod as she released Owen's newly cleaned fingers and folds the handkerchief. "That should help boss man." She puts her hands on her hips and nods again.

"Thank you..." was all he said as she cleaned him up. It didn't really matter to him, since it was only cuts. He could plaster himself up later. "Wash it in the fountain." he pointed to the folded cloth.
