((OOC: This is a thread for team 09's room! Members: Winona, Alessio, Grace, Asher.))
Moving wasn't a regular occurrence for Winona; in her life nor in death. She lived in the same place her entire life, and had only been reassigned once before. She actually quite hated switching rooms; getting used to one place, then having to pack everything up and get settled to the next one. For all she knew, her room could have neon lights, or trees growing in it. But more than she was worried about her room, she was worried about her new team. She'd gotten used to her last one for about 35 years, and even then, she found it hard to connect with them. Well, either way, she had to move in.
Carrying a black suitcase , she walked briskly to her new room, shoes making a distinctive click-clack as she went, and singing a jazzy-sounding tune. Ah, there it was. Pausing at the door, she quickly adjusted her clothes here and there, putting a few hairs back into place. First impressions did still matter to her, and so did looking the spiffiest. Then, with a deep breath, she opened the door. It was...amazing! The warm glow of the lights everywhere, the purplish hues of the walls and ceiling, all of it was so darb!
"This is definitely the cat's meow~" she spoke in awe, giving the room another look over. Hm, looked like the room was already lived in. Not that she minded yet, it looked clean enough. She just hoped there'd be enough room for her clothes...

He hadn't moved in centuries. His old room was the room he always had, and the one he thought he always would. Funny, how quickly things could changed.
A dry bitter chuckle escaped his lips as he closed the door behind him, as the sound of the shut door echoed in the hallway. He vowed, when he locked the door behind him and hid the spare key like he always did one last time, to move on. That's what he would of wanted after all. Still Alessio was always better at putting other's needs before his own. He needed to grieve, he was still human, or he once was. .. wasn't he?
Still, Alessio inwardly laughed it off, and told himself over and over he was okay. He needed to be ok. Everyone need him to be ok. So he would.
He adjusted his duffle-bag's strap as he walked closer towards his new room. His fingers nervously tapped against the strap as he reached for the door-handle, before turning it. He sighed softly as he swung the door open, find a young lady already there. He raised a brow as he watched her glance around the room in wonder. She muttered something, about cat's meowing? It was slang a few years ago he remembered, in the twenties maybe?
"Most definitely the cat's meow... if you like not having a light switch?"

Winona's head snapped towards the sudden voice behind her, giving the guy a once-over. Long hair and blue eyes, a bit of a looker, but...well, she was hoping for more color on her team. No need to start on the wrong foot though. At the mention of there being no light switch, she put on a small grin. "That is a bit annoying, but that's what those darb little blackout curtains are for," she said as she motioned to the unclaimed bunks.Hm, one fun thing about moving was choosing new bedding, although these bunks were somewhat...smaller than she was used to.
"Name's Winona, I'm a singer around here. I guess we're teammates? Unless you sneaked in here to bump me off." She chuckled somewhat bitterly, before adding, "And you?" She politely offered her hand for a shake. She did hope this guy wasn't a pill, the job was already extremely unpleasant, and unpleasant guys made it worse.

Alessio's lips curled into a practiced smile, he could almost believe it now. Almost.
He glanced over a the blackout curtains, and shrugged. He'd never had blackout curtains before, so that was rather new, he supposed. Perhaps he'd enjoy them. These blackout curtains. He noted the empty beds, then he wondered if this young lady had chosen a bunk. "So have you chosen a bed, bella?"
He raised a brow as she spoke. Teammates. That's right. He would have new ones now. Rig ht. He grasped her hand and raised it to his lips, before leaving a soft kiss on it. Americans were prickly, so his usual customs would be soften. Just a bit. "Bump you off? Ha, how could a even think off hurting a young lady who's beauty could make the gods weep. I'm just a humble witness to a pretty girl."

Bella? That was nice, being complimented. Winona gave a sincere smile, before saying "No, I haven't chosen yet. I only arrived a few moments before you." She didn't quite care what bed she got, seeing as they were all pretty closed in anyways. "But I--" She froze with wide eyes once he kissed her hand, but instinctively pulled her hand back as soon as his lips were no longer touching her skin. Well, it wasn't that she didn't like compliments and sweet guys, but she didn't quite like being kissed without permission. Hm, must be Italian. "S-slow down there, Romeo," she started, somewhat sheepish, a bit of a redness to her face, "I don't kiss on the first date...But thanks for those sweet words, charmer~"
She cleared her throat, crossing her hands behind her back. "Anyways, I bet we should get to know each-other before our first job. Until the other members show up." She said, putting her suitcase on the ground. "Not that I'm in any rush to go reaping today. Anything but."
