Sienna promptly got to work. Owen looked curiously at her and Salvia, attempting to mimic their actions with the mop - albeit slowly - and start cleaning. He found himself lost for a little longer than usual observing and generally swishing the mop around in the bucket, but he got started soon enough. By the time he slapped the mop on the ground, the boy was distracted by a question. He turned to Salvia to address her, then looked over to the papers in the corner.
"Medical and reap papers." he added a little expressionless chuckle at the end. "Medical for the birds. Reap for people." There were quite a lot of papers... His roommates would be less than impressed that he messed up their paperwork, but at least they would get processed. "Books for the birds. Papers for people." he repeated himself, pointing to them in succession.

Sienna worked quietly, she'd usually hum or sing but since the other two were talking that would be rude. Instead she focused on cleaning, mopping up the mess with a practiced ease and efficiency that only countless decades of housekeeping would allow. Occasionally she'd come back to the bucket to wring her mop out and then return to getting the floor clean. Even if she herself wasn't talking she enjoyed the chatter.

"Medical . . . books for the birds? What, one of them planning to be a doctor?" [Salvia chuckled at the thought. She dipped her mop in the bucket again, gave it a thorough swish, and advanced further down the dirt trail. Whew, she can already smell the stink of her bare socks.] "No complaining there. We could always use a few more medics around here."

Owen shook his head. "No... I look after birds. Those books are for looking after birds." He shrugged nonchalantly and continued to mop. His dirty feet were messing the floor he cleaned as he walked on it, and it took him a few minutes to work out that he had to be mopping backwards.
Mopping backwards, however, meant he wasn't exactly always aware of where he was going. Owen slipped again, falling backwards this time. He let out a groan as his bum and palms hit the floor. Nothing too bad. He willed himself up again and continued to clean up like nothing happened.

Sienna continued to mop quietly as the two conversed. She didn't mind having some company to do this she'd decided. Even if that lingering guilt of having help was still nagging at her. The warm feeling of having someone care enough to insist on giving a hand was enough to make it bearable. The sound of someone hitting the ground again startled her some and she whipped her head around to find Owen standing up from having fallen. The floor was nearly done at this point since they had all worked on it. Walking a little closer to Owen she spoke up, her voice as soft as ever in the quiet hallway. "Owen you don't... n-need to continue. You can take a s-seat." She really hated seeing anyone get hurt. "Please?" She added, offering a small smile. She just wanted him to go get checked up on mostly but that could wait she supposed until they finished in a few minutes. Then she could be sure he got looked at because she'd take him herself.

[Salvia stopped and stared blankly at Owen's slip-up. Normally she'd be amused at people falling down on their bum-bums, or laughing if she knew them better, but she felt more pity and sympathy to the boy instead. After all, this was her fault that they were all cleaning up. She sighed at the guilt eating away at her.]
"I think Sienna and I can handle it from here. I think we're nearly done. Thanks for your help, kid. You should, uh, go to your birds or something." [She scratched at the back of her neck before awkwardly mumbling her confession, looking down at the floor.] "Um, this mess was kind of my fault anyway. Sorry about that."

They were almost finished anyway, so Owen complied and listened to the two ladies. "Ok." He nodded, handing Sienna his mop and he carefully walked over back to his papers, sorting them all out as best he could. He kept swivelling and rubbing his sore shoulder as he did so. He had to get it looked at at least, and get cleaned up. The layer of mess on his legs and straitjacket was completely no nuisance now. He just rolled with it.
By the time Sienna and Salvia were done he had finished sorting out the papers in the corner. He couldn't stack them since they would stick together otherwise. He might have to fill out another lot but it wouldn't be an issue. That wasn't on his list of pressing thoughts right now.

Sienna appreciated Salvia understanding and agreeing to finish while Owen set the rest of it out. They had it finished in no time though and the hall was once again spotless which always brought her a ton of joy at seeing hard work pay off. With a content sigh she collected up the mops and the buckets and wheeled it all back into the closet it belonged in, she'd clean it up later. She returned and glanced at her two helpers and then to Owen's dirty papers and books. "I um... can deal with t-those if you want as well." She'd tidied up dirty paperwork before though some of it looked like it might need to be copied to a different parchment altogether. "Also um.. t-thanks for h-helping." She added, tapping her fingers together a bit nervously as she looked at their feet.

[After everyone finished their part in the hallways and tidied up, Salvia went to retrieve her boots. She wiped up the dirt from the soles using some spare napkins stashed inside the crevasses of her pockets. Wonder how long those have been there. After tossing the napkins into a trash bin, she strapped them back on her feet as Sienna returned from the closet. The apprentice nodded at the timid girl in acknowledgement.] "No problem, Si."
[She looked toward . . . um, the boy.] "Hey, what was your name again? Don't think I caught it. But I can take you to the infirmary if you're feeling any pain getting worse."

Everyone was done now. The floor was spotless (as it should have been perhaps quite a while ago if it weren't for Salvia's mess) and looked good. A job well done to all of them. "No thank you Sienna." He replied almost mechanically. "I can sort this on my own. You have other things to sort on your own." She probably had a lot of other things to attend to so it was best to let her go do them right about now.
The other woman offered to take him to get cleaned up, and he let her know his appreciation for that through a smile with his eyes. "Thank you. I'm Owen. Who are you?" He asked, still sitting on the floor. Frankly, taking up this spot was keeping either of them from cleaning it up, so he gathered the semi-dried papers off the ground and stood up with them in a messy pile in his arms.

Sienna stood patiently for a moment as Owen politely turned down her offer to help. She was fine with that and since Salvia was going to make sure he got that shoulder looked at she could continue cleaning in peace and not worry too much. She nodded at them once, her version of a bow or curtsy and made her way back to the closet to clean up the aftermath waiting for her in buckets and mops. There was just a bit of a skip to her steps as she vanished into the doorway, happy to have had company for a moment.
