Traits wanted: High standard of tidiness, likes things neat and organized, never lost a sock in their life
The household staff are not just janitors. They are also the interior designers, the mural artists, the event planners. You will have the nicest room, know the best restaurants, have the cleanest desk. Plus, you have this super cute uniform, can't beat that really.
Kitchen Staff
Traits wanted: Basic cooking knowledge and the ability to not set fire to milk
Death's plane is home to tens of THOUSANDS of people. And although they can survive for a far longer time than humans without food, few apprentices actually want to starve. And that is good cause you like cooking. uvu
Or maybe you like bar-tending. Or maybe you just want to make bread. Or just ice cream. There is a place for you too. In fact, besides the main and largest dining hall, there are also many restaurants, bars, cafes, bakery and other eateries spread across Death's plane.

The kitchen staff and household staff are effectively scattered through out the HQ, each in their own establishments.
However, like in all the titles and jobs, they share one meeting room, open to all. Outside of the main dinning hall is a small courtyard. There is a small tunnel into it, made from arching tree branches and then into an open area, with worn white stone benches. In the middle stands a small sundial, golden and meticulously detailed. It had long been used by the main kitchen staff as a place to take breaks. Now it's just a universal meeting ground for members of the kitchen/house staff to catch up, trade recipes and give advice to younger apprentices.
