New York City in the spring time was rather strange. It could go from being mildly cold to rather warm. Never too hot or too cold, but just right inbetween and fluctuating. Birds chirped as the morning sunlight filtered through green leaves of the trees that occupied Central Park, the sounds of trees rustling signifying the gentle breeze that wafted through the park.
There in the middle of the one of the paths near the lake stood a woman that was 5 feet and 8 inches, seeming rather small compared to the trees that stood around her, dwarfing her in size. She let out a deep breath, tension in her shoulders as her amber eyes found their way around and she ruminated in her surroundings. She wasn't one for morning walks in the park, however it was rather nice when she could stand around without the sea of white threads that typically comes with living in a crowded city such as New York.
With a smile on her face and hands finding their way into her jacket pocket, she pivoted and started to walk along the path, letting her eyes and thoughts wander along with the birds that flew about in the trees.

Further up the path, the birds more than chirped. Sweet, twittering mating calls and spring songs filtered into a tirade of angry trills as birds were suddenly swooping in and out of the trees, making the peace of a quiet walk nearly impossible. though where there were angry birds, there was a cause. Usually it were cats, or other birds invading on a territory, but that was not the case. Rather, there was an individual up in one of the trees. A very colorful individual.
It was hard to tell whether it was a man or woman, though their gender was less the matter at hand so much as the bird nest balance on top of their head. While they peered at the lake with pretend binoculars made with their hands, Robins swooped in to peck and squawk at hair and clothes. Not that the nest napper seemed to mind. The Rainbow colored fool only giggled.

The eventual anger chitter of the birds would distract Saoirse from her thoughts, a sigh escaping her lips. Glancing up she was expecting birds to be fighting each other or the like but instead it was...a person. The hell was a person doing up there in the trees scaring poor robins?
"Hey!" She'd yell, a growl in her voice as she looked up at the very colorful character with a nest on their head. "The hell are you doing? Get down here and stop disturbing the poor birds."

"Hey, hey! Hey!" The individual cawed in turn. Not so much at the woman than at....well, it was really hard to say. He simply deemed to caw the word excitedly, his toes fidgeting among themselves as the birds pecked at his sides. His attention was fixated on a small boat on the lake. "HEY! Hey, look! Look at that!", he'd finally say in a change of tune, twisting his fingers around his eyes as he rocked forward in a mockery of zooming his gaze. "Look at that, Golly. What a looker. what a sight. What a...floater? Seadog? Water-lily-licking-looker-loony-loo-low-down-under-way-yo-oh---OH. Oh, hello. Helloooo~" It would seem that he was regarding the woman below, but his eyes remained level with the lake, only now his focus was in the white thread wandering into his view. Finger unraveling from his eyes to blink rapidly at the etheral string, fingers dancing temptingly in the air. "Hey there, where did you come from, little bird?"
