"Welcome to the Montgomery County's 58th Annual Barbecue Cook Off and 27th Annual Bake Off! We are happy to hold this every year, all thanks to our sponsors and proud of all our contestants, old and new. Though the day just started, why not go around and have a taste at all the amazing BBQ treats out there; anything barbeque from chicken to ribs to tofu. Don't forget our many merchant booths out there; some with hand made crafts, drinks, and others with self promoting business information. Contests and Giveaways will take place every 30 minutes. We also welcome the local band, 'Smelly Martian Brides.' And if you manage to stick around, you'll get a taste of our never disappointing Bake-off! No matter what you do, have fun and enjoy your time."
The speakers sizzle a bit as the microphone switches hands then is placed on its stand. The music begins to blare as a mixture of country and rock escape. Thousands of people walked around through the hundreds of booths...This is indeed a popular cook off event... Though it is, indeed, just another day for apprentices as a few new reap orders were at the event and locations nearby...
Eilis walked through the crowds of people looking at the different types of food. Hell, before the return to HQ, she may just grab a bite to eat. The woman made her way through the groups of people to find a small tucked away area with a few empty booths. She sat, humming a small tune, waiting for whoever they had sent to work with her while kicking her feet and staring at her pair of original black chucks; well, minus the small doodles, she drew on the white toe part.
