"Cooking, huh? I wouldn't mind, though don't expect a 5 star course meal." Her voice turned to Heng. "What you think your going to burn the place down? Highly doubtful..."
Eilis listened quietly until Heng had finished. "I'm a medic. As I stated before, I can care for almost any wound you could practically get." The woman paused to think about when she had first arrived; seemed like forever ago. "I actually am right with Heng. When I first arrived, I was in complete denial and couldn't cope because of just how it was here; quiet... idle... and just repetitive of actions. Sure people die from hunters, or just being moronic, but for the most part, we all just continuing living a lifeless well... life." Placing her mug down, with a nod she finished up. "As he mentioned, you can do almost anything you'd like here, that you couldn't have had the chance to do when alive and breathing. Just have fun... they don't really care what we do as long as we still do our duties."

Listening, Lee's face and heart fell as he looked down at his mug.
"Hunters, huh..." he said quietly as his thumb rubbed the lip of the mug, "Does that happen often or...?" Was it just me? He wanted to ask that but that wouldn't be fair. Others died that way too. Hell others died in worse ways than he did. He still didn't want to face the reality of what he'd become-- and how Nicky had reacted to him when he saw him....
"Well, I found out I can survive a two story drop, and setting myself on fire." He said with a shrug of a shoulder and he tried to make it sound light hearted, but it come out sounding like deadpan humor, "And not taking a bath for 2 weeks...?"
He gave Sienna nightmares. He knew it. Everyone knew it. His clothes smelt for DAYS even after he washed them.

"Don't play games with your life, as we're not quite dead either are we. Rather we are living, just in a different state," Heng said quietly.
He set the cup down.
"I've seen many fall and become Hunters in my time. It happens more often than you'd think."

"There are APPRENTICE Hunters?" he asked and Lee just furrowed his brow. Oh god what had he seen then? Was he killed by a live man, or did he see a dead man out to kill him? What did Tadashi see??
It made him grip his hot chocolate tighter.
"Are there any... here? Like, have Hunter spies ever been seen here?" he asked.

"Probably," Heng replied instantly.
"...but you shouldn't worry about that. Just focus on your duties as an Apprentice," Heng added on after a moment.

'Of course the fall from apprentice to hunter was normal... and the hidden hunters among the apprentices?' Eilis was sure this is what actually killed her last team mates... She shook it from mind realizing how innocent Lee seemed. Somehow, she'd protect this team from the same fate reaching them; Some... how....
--
A new assignment in rooms, again? The group actually had already gotten used to the rustic feel of their room and now they had a new room to station themselves in. What could possibly be the design for this one? Was it at least tasteful?
Eilis held her messenger bag close with a few of her other belongings in hand. The halls all looked the same and this room seemed to be quite a bit of ways from the old one. She sighed as her body stopped in front of the new door. Luckily the door itself wasn't decorated... maybe this wouldn't be SO bad. Eilis had a sense of relief rush over her body as the key went in its place and unlocked the door. The sense of relaxation quickly disappeared as the door swung open to reveal the new theme.
"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS???" Her fists clutched tight as she walked inside. "Is this a joke, Fran!?!?" The woman questioned as if actually able to be heard, though, not the case. The woman tossed her belonging on a bed then rubbed her temples. This was a mess... but something she and the others would have to deal with.
No doubt, the room was quite a sight... For a nerd or geek, the group's new room would seem like a haven of sorts. One wall that happened to have a cityscape scene painted upon it, held the bunk bed system nicely as across way was a giant open window with dark blackout curtains hung symmetrically even to everything else. On the other two walls was a mural with random polygon shapes in different colors with a single but different superhero in each shape. This wasn't even the beginning of a decent description of the room. Though all the grand theme was Superheros, somehow it flowed perfectly.
The more Eilis stood in the room taking in the many objects and decor choices, it actually began to grow on her. The teams secret lair... This was their new room. A thought actually hit her as she was confused yet some reason relaxed from the new setting. There was no obvious hiding for anything; since it was a superhero themed room, maybe there were secret compartments... there also HAD to be comics somewhere; a book that wasn't quite like her normal reads but they'd be something new and send her on interesting adventures. The thorough search continued. This was it... Curiousity took over.

Was room changes a thing?! Apparently they were! He grimaced for a moment and carried his bag with him before he heard Eilis shouting. What was it?! WHAT DID IT LOOK LIKE?! He was shorter, but when he managed to get into the room and he was what it looked like his eyes lit up.
"OH HO HO HO YEEESS!" He was so down for this room. This room was the bomb! "This is the SHIIIITT!" He was so excited he tossed his bag up on the top bunk again and went to sit on the Captain America circle rug on the floor.
"Guys this room is awesome." He said and starfished on the floor, rubbing his back on the ground. He'd been with his team long enough, they could see the nerd in him by now and that was cool.

Heng ducked in, and squinted when he saw those wall lights that looked eerily similar to neon lights. He flicked on the main lights as he set his Ji down and took off his boots, stepping through the entryway.
The room, while still having that nice lived in feeling, was now decorated from wall to wall (to bed.. to carpet... to ceiling.. to wall again) with what Heng recognized to be superhero memorabilia (actually he only knew it was super heroes cause Lee was making weird noises on the rug of a very American shield that Heng did recognize because Captain America was a soldier and that was what interested Heng enough to watch the film).
"This is... better than neon lights," he finally said, sitting on a bean bag chair shaped like The Hulk.

She heard the chatter from behind her. "Hi guys." Still with her body stuck in the random piles of stuff, she waved lightly and spoke just enough to where she could return to her search.
It had been awhile since she first came in then the boys entered... Maybe there wasn't anything after all? Almost on the brink of giving up, her finger tips reached paper-like material. "YES!" As if a crazy lunatic the woman yelled, grasping the books more and pulling them to freedom. Seeing what was in her hand were first edition issues of Avengers and Superman comics. But there were more. Eilis calmly stood to place the already rescued graphic novels on a nearby bed then started picking up the random piles of god know what and placed them in an empty hamper nearby to go through later. With the mess cleaned up a bit, the Irish woman jumped with glee finding a few boxes filled with more comics. She wasn't a freak for superheros but reading was on the other hand. Grabbing a comic each of Batman and then Teen Titans, she looked over at the male teammates with a bright smile. "Look, what I found."
