Heng sighed again, really feeling the old man within him now. He knows a lost battle when he sees one (and as Captain in the army of a losing state... he's seen a lot), and his desire to quell the hijackers dissipated rather quickly. This wasn't important enough to pursue anymore. A lot of passengers had already left anyways.
"Look, they've all left. I hope that you are happy with yourselves," Heng said, gesturing to the emptying seats of the other cars.

Maxwell bent his head back to look at the cars behind him. "How rude! They didn't even say goodbye." Feigning a pout, the man-child heaved back his foot to give another kick at the gear shift lever--or what he assumed was the gear shift. "WELL! They're missing out. INTO HYPER MODE! CHOOCHOO!!!!! ALL ABOARD THE HAPPINESS EXPRESS! NEXT STOP, OVER THE RAINBOW!!!!" Maxwell reached around Lee and Walter to give the whistle and bell a good hoot-toot-cling-a-ling.

Heng sighed again, looking into the distance.

Clambering onto the roof, Harvey glanced over his shoulder at the (ex) conductor's cue, watching as a handful of the passengers dispersed from the train cars. "Wow, I didn't think there were so many here," he whistled, referring collectively to apprentices and SA humans alike. Admittedly, he hadn't really ever bothered to check how many of the attendees of events like these weren't ordinary people; he'd just assumed that, since they were being held in the living world, most of the crowds would be actual living people. Then again, considering this was HQ organized and run, it wasn't really surprising. Maybe he should start being more careful outside HQ.
But whatever, forget it. The bell was clanging in Harvey's ears and the wind began to blow in his hair; unsurprisingly, the top of the conductor's car was a great spot. He could, to his excitement, see a good amount of the fair from here. "Don't worry, there are other ways to keep the mood going. Celine and I will make it up to you," Harvey assured the conductor, who appeared to be developing a migraine. He whipped his flute out from behind him and lifted it to his lips, beginning to play a perky tune from the top of the train.

Walter quickly joined in with an old tune of Maxwell's “OVER THE RAINBOW~ Where blue birds diiiie~” at Maxwell's comment. The whistle sounded and Harvey started playing something completely different. That is not what I just started singing...though it seems to fit better the rhythm of the train.
Cupping his hands to his face with the shout “Hey, Balloony!” his cranky mood appeared to have shifted back to something more cheerful. “What is that song?”

"No-no, It's under, Bunny. UNDER the Rainbow!", Maxwell hastily corrected.
